I perceive that you are one who has been marked on the forehead by the man in linen with an inkhorn. Grieving over the condition of things inside "God's Organization". You are mourning over Zion.
I think that the end result of what you propose is so great it should have some mention in scriptures.
I am convinced that the evil slave is very much still alive and well and that the man of lawlessness spoken of in 2 Thessalonians Chapter 2 is also this evil slave.

If you agree with the article then you will also find what I say further very much in line with what a "grass roots movement like ours, if vocal enough" can do.
The scriptures seem to indicate that "God's Organization" will not be reformed however, instead it will be "done away with" and replaced with something wonderful.
2 Thessalonians 2
8 Then, indeed, the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will do away with by the spirit of his mouth and bring to nothing by the manifestation of his presence.
The "man of lawlessness/evil slave/God's Organization" will be done away with "by the spirit of his mouth".
I hope you agree that the spirit of Jesus Christs mouth is simply the truth.
I doubt that Jesus Christ is going to shout these truths from heaven himself but will likely use a righteous group of people to express these truths for him. I strongly suspect that he will effectively use a "grass roots movement, if vocal enough".
I suspect this movement will contain many of those people who are marked with the inkhorn.
The people in the grass roots movement will also include the ones mentioned in the following scriptures:
Daniel 12
3 “And the ones having insight will shine like the brightness of the expanse; and those who are bringing the many to righteousness, like the stars to time indefinite, even forever.
Daniel 12
10 Many will cleanse themselves and whiten themselves and will be refined. And the wicked ones will certainly act wickedly, and no wicked ones at all will understand; but the ones having insight will understand.
Isaiah 60
1 “Arise, O woman, shed forth light, for your light has come and upon you the very glory of Jehovah has shone forth. 2 For, look! darkness itself will cover the earth, and thick gloom the national groups; but upon you Jehovah will shine forth, and upon you his own glory will be seen.
Isaiah 61
3 to assign to those mourning over Zion, to give them a headdress instead of ashes, the oil of exultation instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of the downhearted spirit; and they must be called big trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, for [him] to be beautified.
Isaiah 62
1 For the sake of Zion I shall not keep still, and for the sake of Jerusalem I shall not stay quiet until her righteousness goes forth just like the brightness, and her salvation like a torch that burns.
2 “And the nations will certainly see your righteousness, [O woman,] and all kings your glory. And you will actually be called by a new name, which the very mouth of Jehovah will designate.

Ezekiel 47:12
12 “And alongside the torrent there will come up, along its bank on this side and on that side, all sorts of trees for food. Their leafage will not wither, nor will their fruitage be consumed. In their months they will bear new fruit, because the water for them—it is coming forth from the very sanctuary. And their fruitage must prove to be for food and their leafage for healing.”
I think that a very vocal grass roots movement which speaks with "the spirit of his mouth" will do away with the evil slave and "shed forth light" bringing some extremely wonderful blessings to a cleansed organization.
I believe the scriptures indicate that our present organization will not be reformed, it will "be broken to pieces" and then replaced.
Isaiah 30:14
14 And one will certainly break it as in the breaking of a large jar of the potters, crushed to pieces without one’s sparing [it], so that there cannot be found among its crushed pieces a fragment of earthenware with which to rake the fire from the fireplace or to skim water from a marshy place.”
Could it be that the "man clothed in linen with the inkhorn" mentioned in Ezekeil Chapter 9 is the same man who speaks to Daniel? I hope you will agree how profound the scriptures truly are if this is the case as this is what he says to Daniel:
Daniel 12
6 Then one said to the man clothed with the linen, who was up above the waters of the stream: “How long will it be to the end of the wonderful things?” 7 And I began to hear the man clothed with the linen, who was up above the waters of the stream, as he proceeded to raise his right [hand] and his left [hand] to the heavens and to swear by the One who is alive for time indefinite: “It will be for an appointed time, appointed times and a half. And as soon as there will have been a finishing of the dashing of the power of the holy people to pieces, all these things will come to their finish.”
