Paul quotes from Isaiah 59:21 in Romans 11:26, 27:
26 and in this manner all Israel will be saved. Just as it is written: “The deliverer will come out of Zion and turn away ungodly practices from Jacob. 27 And this is the covenant on my part with them, when I take their sins away.”
Did you notice, in Paul's explanation, he was not referring specifically to the anointed, he was speaking about the "deliverer" (i.e. Jesus) taking sins away. Since sin is falling short of having God's thinking on matters, and therefore not acting in harmony with God's wishes, it is not unreasonable to assume that when our sins are "taken away", we will have God's words in our mouths, and in our thoughts. We will live by His thoughts.
This will be the true means that Israel will be saved, as Paul mentions before the cited verses, other nations will have to be brought in. Having this spiritual "nation", and having our sins finally removed, we are now with God's thinking, his words, to time indefinite.
One does not have to be anointed to benefit from this covenant Jehovah has made. So you are erroneous in your application of it.
Yours in Christ,
