"HOUSE OF JACOB" VS "HOUSE OF GOD OF JACOB" - 2005/12/10 09:13THE "HOUSE OF JACOB" VERSUS THE "HOUSE OF THE GOD OF JACOB"
Let's turn to Isaiah 2:2-10 and read this together. It reads this way:
"And it must occur in the final part of the days [that] the mountain of the house of Jehovah will become firmly established above the top of the mountains, and it will certainly be lifted up above the hills; and to it all the nations must stream. And many peoples will certainly go and say: `Come, you people, and let us go up to the mountain of Jehovah, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will instruct us about his ways, and we will walk in his paths.' For out of Zion law will go forth, and the word of Jehovah out of Jerusalem. And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore."
Clearly this is a prophecy for our day and time since as verse 2 says:
"it must occur in the final part of the days."
Jehovah's Witnesses teach that these prophecies have been fulfilled within their ranks, particularly since the year 1919. With membership numbering better than 6 million, the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses claim to have advanced to the `Mountain of Jehovah' where they have received necessary instructions to `beat their swords into plowshares' by their non-participation in military warfare. They feel these matters have certainly `set matters straight respecting many peoples' among the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses. It is true the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses has gained world-renown fame concerning their neutral, non-compromising stand on military service. And this seems to make a discernable positive identification of the fulfillment of this prophesy upon the Jehovah's Witnesses in our day and time.
However, if this prophecy is undergoing a past and present-day fulfillment (since 1919), then we should also be able to explain the next two (2) verses which depict an event leading up to this magnificent unity spoken of in verse 4. Notice how it reads:
"O men of the house of Jacob, come and let us walk in the light of Jehovah. For you have forsaken your people, the house of Jacob. For they have become full of what is from the EAST [Babylon], and they are practicers of magic like the Philistines, and with the children of foreigners they abound. And their land is filled with silver and gold, and there is no limit to their treasures. And their land is filled with horses, and there is no limit to their chariots. And their land is filled with valueless gods. To the work of one's hands they bow down, to that which one's fingers have made. And earthling man bows down, and man becomes low, and you cannot possibly pardon them."
So when did this occur? Well, let's turn to the pages of the Watchtower Magazine to see what it says on these very same verses. First, we shall check the Watchtower Society's Publication Indexes to see where we can find some information on this part of Isaiah Chapter 2. And what do we find — nothing! That's right, absolutely nothing, not one single comment on the very important verses of Isaiah 2:6-11, to explain the preceding turbulence which is indicated to occur BEFORE the great prophesied unity of Jehovah's Witnesses as an organization! Does it not seem reasonable that if Isaiah 2:2-5 can be understood to the fullest detail `in the final part of the days' (as we have had numerous discussions in the publications over the years on these verses), that the continuation of Biblical prophetic drama (Isaiah 2:6-10) would be understood also? Well, how are we to understand these additional verses?
It is obvious from reading these scriptures that the prophet Isaiah is discussing a separation work which would be going on in the `final part of the days.' A great separation work has to precede the harmony, unity, and education spoken of in verse 4! Since the invitation is given to the `men of the house of Jacob' to step over into the `light' — then spiritual enlightenment must await them at the other side. Other side, you say??? Yes, notice again verse 3. Did you happen to notice that this house is called "the house of the GOD of Jacob." Whereas, the house spoken of in verses 5 and 6 is termed "the house of Jacob." In other words, one "house" belongs to God and the other belongs to Jacob. Astonishing, indeed! — See Isaiah 29:14; Acts 13:41.
Also did you notice too, one "house" possesses LIGHT and the other possesses material riches (verse 7)! Hmmmmm. Also, we notice a powerful, exodus in progress — yes, we see members of the `house of Jacob' FORSAKING `their people.' Do you see this? Why, yes, you can clearly see...yes, they are leaving them behind. And why? Again, let's notice verse 6:
"For you have forsaken your people, the house of Jacob....
For they have become:
(1) FULL OF WHAT IS FROM THE EAST, (2) and THEY ARE PRACTICERS OF MAGIC LIKE THE PHILISTINES, (3) and WITH THE CHILDREN OF FOREIGNERS THEY ABOUND."
Yes, they have good reason to leave them for they [the house of Jacob] God's People, have become polluted as an organization! They have become corrupted as a nation. Therefore, there is nothing left for them to do but leave the unfaithful `house of Jacob' behind! Remember: "She has become full of what is from the East" — east, as in Babylon, the ancient center of false worship in Isaiah's time! -- Please compare the expressions "...have become" in both verses and notice the striking similarities shown between both verses in Revelation 18:2 and Isaiah 2:6.
Nevertheless, someone will say at this point:
"Jehovah's Witnesses are a clean people and a clean organization. The organization does not tolerate any form of wrongdoing or wrong activity like the churches of Christendom. We disfellowship or expel any who unrepentantly persist in wrong conduct. We have no Babylonish (or Eastern) traits, traditions, or teachings among us such as Trinity, Hellfire, Christmas, etc. And we are certainly not like the pagan Philistines who were practicers of magic."
Well, this may seem so to most individuals looking at it from a human point of view. (Proverbs 14:12) However, let us look at the scripture again. It says:
"For they have BECOME . . ."
Yes, Jehovah's Witnesses "have become" this way. (Please compare the expressions "...have become" in their striking similarities between Isaiah 2:6 with Revelation 18:2.) Yes, they have gradually changed. They have gone through a spiritual metamorphosis. Yes, gradually, over a period of time, the organization known as Jehovah's witnesses, have yes, "become," this wicked...think about it.

You post identifies our present day situation through the scriptures.
As Jehovah's Witnesses who choose to be faithfull to their appointed king and his laws we now have some decisions to make.
We need to break through into the light by either leaving the organization which has indeed become polluted or somehow remove the kings who have commited spiritual fornication.
This brings us back to Micah and the 2nd chapter regarding the sons of Jacob.
Micah 2
12 “‘I shall positively gather Jacob, all of you; I shall without fail collect the remaining ones of Israel together. In unity I shall set them, like a flock in the pen, like a drove in the midst of its pasture; they will be noisy with men.’
13 “The one making a breakthrough will certainly come up before them: they will actually break through. And they will pass through a gate, and they will go out by it. And their king will pass through before them, with Jehovah at the head of them.”
It seems that some of the remaining ones who did not pollute themselves or commit spiritual fornication whill pass through the gate and into this light.
This activity will establish the righteous sons who are from the "House of Jacob" on the true mountain of Jehovah the "house of the God of Jacob". Zion.
Notice also in the verses above that the House of Jacob has a King as well as Jehovah their God who leads the way to the mountain of Jehovah.
Who is the King of the "House of Jacob" .
An angel named Gabriel identified who this would be to Mary.
Luke 1
30 So the angel said to her: “Have no fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God; 31 and, look! you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you are to call his name Jesus. 32 This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father, 33 and he will rule as king over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end of his kingdom.”
The king of the "house of Jacob" is Jesus Christ.
The ability to break through to the light is given to the remnant of the sons of Jacob by the king of the "House of Jacob". I hope everyone understands that this will be an enourmous act of mercy considering the depths of spiritual fornication the present day organization of Jehovah's Witnesses have sunk.
What effect will this have on the present organization of Jehovah's Witnessess?
Mary herself provides the answer in a very profound way in the same chapter of Luke:
46 And Mary said: “My soul magnifies Jehovah, 47 and my spirit cannot keep from being overjoyed at God my Savior; 48 because he has looked upon the low position of his slave girl. For, look! from now on all generations will pronounce me happy; 49 because the powerful One has done great deeds for me, and holy is his name; 50 and for generations after generations his mercy is upon those who fear him. 51 He has performed mightily with his arm, he has scattered abroad those who are haughty in the intention of their hearts. 52 He has brought down men of power from thrones and exalted lowly ones; 53 he has fully satisfied hungry ones with good things and he has sent away empty those who had wealth. 54 He has come to the aid of Israel his servant, to call to mind mercy, 55 just as he told to our forefathers, to Abraham and to his seed, forever.”
Zechariah further explains this in the very same chapter of Luke:
Luke 1
67 And Zech·a·ri´ah its father was filled with holy spirit, and he prophesied, saying: 68 “Blessed be Jehovah the God of Israel, because he has turned his attention and performed deliverance toward his people. 69 And he has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of David his servant, 70 just as he, through the mouth of his holy prophets from of old, has spoken 71 of a salvation from our enemies and from the hand of all those hating us; 72 to perform the mercy in connection with our forefathers and to call to mind his holy covenant, 73 the oath that he swore to Abraham our forefather, 74 to grant us, after we have been rescued from the hands of enemies, the privilege of fearlessly rendering sacred service to him 75 with loyalty and righteousness before him all our days. 76 But as for you, young child, you will be called a prophet of the Most High, for you will go in advance before Jehovah to make his ways ready, 77 to give knowledge of salvation to his people by forgiveness of their sins, 78 because of the tender compassion of our God. With this [compassion] a daybreak will visit us from on high, 79 to give light to those sitting in darkness and death’s shadow, to direct our feet prosperously in the way of peace.”
Once our King Jesus Christ has brought the righteous sons of Jacob into the mountain. Jehovah's Witnessess who are loyal to Jesus Christ's laws which include those he gave in regard to baptism will once again be able to have the: "privilege of fearlessly rendering sacred service to him 75 with loyalty and righteousness before him all our days"
Thanks to the king of the "house of Jacob" Jesus Christ and the one who appointed him as king, Jehovah our God, the powerful one.
Those righteous anointed ones who have not yet committed spiritual fornication need to very carefully consider wether they are being loyal to Jesus and only Jesus who was appointed as king by Jehovah.
Revelation 14
4 These are the ones that did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins. These are the ones that keep following the Lamb no matter where he goes. These were bought from among mankind as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb, 5 and no falsehood was found in their mouths; they are without blemish.
12 Here is where it means endurance for the holy ones, those who observe the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.”

Re:The King of the House of Jacob! - 2005/12/14 03:14The Apostle Paul gives a clue as to where Zion,the Mountain of Jehovah or the true Kingdom of God will be found. The finding of this place is what causes the breaking through. It is the thing which all Christians should be searching for.
The Apostle Paul in Hebrews gives a clue as to where it will be found:
Hebrews 13:
12 Hence Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered outside the gate. 13 Let us, then, go forth to him outside the camp, bearing the reproach he bore, 14 for we do not have here a city that continues, but we are earnestly seeking the one to come. 15 Through him let us always offer to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips which make public declaration to his name.
In order to find the Kingdom of God we have to "go through the gate" where we will be "outside the camp".
Notice in the above verse who it is we are "going forth to" outside the gate.
The King......................... Jesus Christ.
Just as in the Apostle Pauls day we also "do not have a city that continues".
We can be certain that the Governing Body and the WTBTS and all those loyal to them will be dashed and broken to pieces. Daniel 12:7, Mt 24:51.
Notice the very profound similarity of the Apostle Paul's words above and also the prophet Micah's words:
