Dear ones I write you this post for you to consider.... please read it as slowly as possible.
I would like to start an experiment with you.... this experiment involves love.
It involves feeling love.
It will only work if you use your imagination.
Focus your concentration on these words that I have written for you.
All words cause feelings.... the greater the focus on the words the stronger the feelings from the words.
Allow yourself to imagine energy flowing from these words..... this energy is following into your eyes and through your body.
Now focus you attention on the energy that flows from these words into your body. Allow the words to emanate an energy field were each word hits your body like the waves on the sea shore.
I love YOU..... Feel this flow into your body.... allow it to heal you....
take a slow deep breath...
I love YOU..... Feel this energy flow from this page into your heart.... feel the love flow through your body.
take another slow deep breath...
I love YOU.... love is the most powerful emotion which can heal.... allow this love to heal your heart.
I love YOU.... allow the love to emanate into your skin.... and seep into your blood.
Feel the love circulate through your body as you take one more slow deep breath.
I love YOU.... this love is eternal it comes from a source of awe and inspiration.
I love YOU.....
