If the kingdom of God was taken away from the nation of Israel and given to another nation, what nation would that be? Could it have been given to a spiritual nation comprised of 144k spirit annointed individuals who reside in or previously resided in the WTBS despite the evident corruption and apostasy? peace

Jesus was speaking about the chief priests and pharisees. It doesn't say he was speaking to the whole nation of Israel. In fact, just two scriptures down from the one you quoted it states, "45When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus' parables, they knew he was talking about them. 46They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd because the people held that he was a prophet." It doesn't say the chief priests knew He was talking about the whole nation of Israel. It says they knew He was talking about them. And that they were to afraid to say anything because there was a crowd of Jews around that believed He was a prophet. Jesus never nullified the promises towards Israel. Prophets confirmed the word of Jehovah. They didn't nullify it.
