The Great Tribulation - 2005/11/18 03:17
After seeing the isolated calamities which occured in the City of New Orleans this year I feel like perhaps we now have a foretaste of what to expect in the near future.
A lot of people died at the time the hurricane arrived however, what dismayed me was the number who died afterwards due to the ineffectiveness of people and also their own selfishness through looting and crime.
Imagine what would happen if the survivors had nowhere to go?
What would happen to the world if every single city suffered a calmity of the proportion that New Orleans suffered?
If every city suffered this calamity at the same time there would be no one to help, nowhere to go.
In fact it would be better not to be inside one of these cities.
It would be better to, .... get out!
Revelation 16:17
17 And the seventh one poured out his bowl upon the air. At this a loud voice issued out of the sanctuary from the throne, saying: “It has come to pass!” 18 And lightnings and voices and thunders occurred, and a great earthquake occurred such as had not occurred since men came to be on the earth, so extensive an earthquake, so great. 19 And the great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell; and Babylon the Great was remembered in the sight of God, to give her the cup of the wine of the anger of his wrath.
